Fine Dining
The dining room is located in the heart of the complex, overlooking the courtyard. The room features high ceilings, antique Jerusalem limestone flooring and the centre piece is a magnificent long oak refectory table.
The menu combines the freshest local ingredients with innovative recipes and fine attention to detail. Sark is a fisherman's paradise and this is reflected in the wonderful fresh seafood that can be brought to the kitchen door by local fisherman.
We are offering a very exclusive personal service, so please feel welcome to tell the Chef any special dietary needs or menu requests. Preferably, the day before because we like to use delicious organic fresh food. While you are relaxing and enjoying your meal be entertained by our resident Russian pianist.
